Abstract:
To provide a nozzle position estimation device which can precisely estimate the position, tilt and so on.SOLUTION: A spray nozzle position estimation device 1 is mounted on a nozzle boom of a sprayer 2 to estimate the position of a spray nozzle which sprays concrete onto a spray surface such as a tunnel wall surface. It consists of: a control point mark which is arranged at the nozzle position that is, including the tip and the root part of the spray nozzle mounted on the nozzle boom of the sprayer 2, a designated position between the tip and the root part of the aforesaid spray nozzle; multiple cameras (C31 - C34) mounted on the aforesaid sprayer 2; and a control point coordinates calculation means 11, which calculates 3-dimensional coordinates of the aforesaid nozzle position based on images, covering the aforesaid mark, stereoscopically photographed with two cameras among the aforesaid multiple cameras.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
