Abstract:
To obtain highly accurate pressure detection signals by removing drift in a piezoelectric element by using a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A pressure detection signal processing device includes: an IV conversion section 210 that converts an electric current signal corresponding to an electric charge generated by a piezoelectric element 35 into a voltage signal in accordance with received pressure; and digital signal processing sections 220, 240 that apply correction for removing drift caused by leakage electric current of the piezoelectric element 35 to the voltage signal through digital signal processing. The digital signal processing sections 220, 240 include: a differential processing section 222 that applies differential processing to the voltage signal; an integral processing section 224 that applies integral processing to the signal to which the differential processing has been applied; and an integral processing section 226 that further applies integral processing to the signal to which integral processing has been applied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
