Abstract:
To provide a shaft assembling method which can adjust a total length dimension of a liner to a desired regulation dimension without performing torque management.SOLUTION: A shaft assembling method for assembling a shaft (40) to a liner (10) in which mouthpieces (20, 30) are attached to both ends in an axial direction includes: a temporary fastening process for inserting the shaft into the liner from an opening of the mouthpiece at one end side of the liner, and screwing a tip of the shaft to the mouthpiece at the other end side; and a tightening process for reducing a total length dimension of the liner by compression-deforming the liner along an axial direction while pushing in the mouthpiece at one end side to a direction approximating the mouthpiece at the other end side by a pressing part (43) of a base end side of the shaft. In the tightening process, a tightening amount of the shaft is regulated by a regulation member (55) in a position in which the total length dimension reaches a regulation dimension.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
