Abstract:
To provide a memory control device, a memory control system, a recording device and a memory control method that can more improve latency in accessing a DRAM by considering influence of refreshing of the DRAM to determine a page hit.SOLUTION: In a memory controller system, a memory controller 200 provides a page being different from a page requested in memory access and a counter that counts the number for access request at two or more times after refreshing to be performed, and switches an instruction of page opening to hold a target page during access or an instruction of page closing to close the target page during access, according to a counter value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
