Abstract:
To provide a tape capable of planning to reduce a production cost of a cable by reducing preparation man hours of the tape, while making it difficult to oversight a variation of an overlapping width of the tape in an overlapping part during production and occurrence of missing tape overlap, a cable provided with the tape, and a production method of the cable.SOLUTION: A cable 1 is provided with a metal tape 4 wound so as to have a spiral overlapping part 8 collectively on an outer side of an insulated wire core 2. On the metal tape 4, at least four identification parts 10 are formed on an outer surface 9. Each identification part 10 extends in a longitudinal direction of the metal tape 4 on one edge 11 side in a width direction of the metal tape 4. The identification part 10 is formed by arbitrarily selecting adjacent at least two identification parts 10 among the respective identification part 10 in accordance with a desired overlapping width of the overlapping part 8. When the adjacent at least two identification parts 10 are set to a variation allowable range, the overlapping part 8 is formed such that the other edge 12 in the width direction of the metal tape 4 is arranged within the variation allowable range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
