Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for a pneumatic tire capable of effectively using the heat possessed by a tire after vulcanization for after-vulcanization.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a pneumatic tire according to a first embodiment comprises a first step of preparing a tread-including tire after the present vulcanization by vulcanizing an unvulcanized tire; and a second step of performing after-vulcanization in a state where at least a part of the tire after the present vulcanization is heat-insulated in such a manner that temperature drop of at least a vulcanization latest part at the tread part becomes small. A manufacturing method for a pneumatic tire according to a second embodiment comprises a first step of preparing a tread-including tire after the present vulcanization by vulcanizing an unvulcanized tire, and a second step of performing after-vulcanization in a state where at least a part of the tire after the present vulcanization is heated in such a manner that at least a vulcanization latest part at the tread part is heated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
