Title:
ELECTRICALLY-DRIVEN FLOW CONTROL VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2020091015
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a structure capable of performing ramp control by preventing frictional force to a motor from increasing when a valve body is closed, and thus evading not only problems of a current consumption, but also an adverse influence on processes accompanying heat generation of the motor.SOLUTION: A valve body 40 is coupled with and retained by a valve body retaining shaft part 50 fitted in a retaining chamber 30, the valve body retaining shaft part has an engagement space part 55 that a tip engagement part 61 of a direct-acting shaft 60 engages through a space 54, and a spring member 52 is interposed which normally energizes the valve body retaining shaft part toward a valve chamber 20. When the valve body moves backward or stops, the valve body retaining shaft part is moved back or stopped against energizing force of the spring member and when the valve body moves forward, the valve retaining shaft part is moved forward with the energizing force of the spring member. When the valve body closes a valve seat 25 with the energizing force of the spring member, the engagement space part of the valve body retaining shaft part has a gap part S at the tip engagement part of the direct-acting shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
