Abstract:
To provide an electric razor capable of easily adjusting a driving speed of a cutting blade, namely a rotary number of a motor, and preventing a change in the speed of the motor not intended by a user.SOLUTION: An electric razor comprises: a body case 1 also serving as a grip; a power supply switch 10 for powering up; a cutting blade 3 including a movable blade 4; a motor 6 for driving the movable blade 4; and a vibration sensing sensor 17 for sensing vibration of the body case 1 caused by an external force. According to a detection signal output by the vibration sensing sensor 17, a rotary number of the motor 6 is changed. When a movement operation direction of the electric razor along a skin surface during shaving is defined as a shaving direction, a detection direction of the vibration sensing sensor 17 is set to a direction different from the shaving direction. When the vibration sensing sensor 17 senses vibration in the detection direction, a detection signal is output from the vibration sensing sensor 17, and the rotary number of the motor 6 is changed according to the detection signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
