Abstract:
To adequately monitor a rear side of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A display control device includes: an image data acquisition part which acquires image data photographed by a camera for photographing a rear side of a vehicle; an other vehicle detection part which detects other vehicle existing in a photographing range of the camera of the rear side of the vehicle; a position relationship detection part which detects a position relationship between the vehicle and the other vehicle; a switch control part which switches from a display mode in which an image is displayed on a display part for displaying the image on the basis of the image data on a display surface by light emission from a light source to a mirror mode which uses a mirror surface of a half mirror arranged on a display surface side by stopping the light emission of the light source when the position relationship between the vehicle and the other vehicle detected by the position relationship detection part is a predetermined relationship.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
