Abstract:
To provide a method for mining a I-type hydrate system on the basis of hot sea water reciprocation and gravel displacement which is suitable for mining massive-type hydrate of shallow part stratum in the sea, in order to realize a safe and continuous mining of massive-type hydrate of shallow part stratum.SOLUTION: In an embedded layer of a I-type hydrate system containing massive-type hydrate of shallow part stratum, a method for drilling a main well and plural sub wells is applied including drilling the main well penetrating a hydrate layer and a free gas layer, boring the free gas layer, and mining lower-part free gas under reduced pressure. The method causes the massive-type hydrate to be decomposed gradually while expanding a decomposition surface area of the massive-type hydrate. By intermittently injecting constant-grain-size gravel to the stratum, a void space of the stratum generated due to decomposition of the massive-type hydrate is continuously filled, permeability around the well increases while maintaining stability of the stratum, and thereby realizing continuous and large mining for natural gas hydrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
