To provide a relay state determination device capable of determining individual deterioration of respective electrodes of a relay.SOLUTION: A relay state determination device 10 comprises: a voltage value acquisition section 22 for measuring a detection voltage detected from both ends of a shunt resistor 9 every moment; a voltage value difference calculation section 28a for calculating a voltage value difference VD between a first voltage value V1 at the time of the detection voltage being made to be minimal by an armature starting displacement after a primary side switch is turned off and a second voltage value V2 at the time of secondary side contacts 4b1, 4b2 being opened; and a state determination section 28b for determining that a relay 4 has been deteriorated when the voltage value difference VD is lower than a predetermined threshold Th.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
