Abstract:

To provide an absorbent article which uses an adhesive that can stably adhere to an underwear during fitting of the absorbent article, and is less likely to leave on the underwear when the absorbent article is removed from the underwear (causes less adhesive residue).SOLUTION: An absorbent article (e.g., a sanitary napkin 10) comprises: a nonwoven fabric which is positioned on a non-skin side (e.g., a rear face sheet 13); and an adhesive 40 applied on a surface on the non-skin side of the nonwoven fabric for fixing the absorbent article to a clothing. The adhesive includes an impregnation part 45 where it is impregnated in the nonwoven fabric. A ratio of the thickness of the impregnation part to the thickness of the adhesive is 30-80%. A storage elastic modulus of the adhesive at 50°C is in a range of 1.0×104-2.0×105 Pa.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
