Abstract:
To provide a device for damping a plate-like member including a piezoelectric element actuator, a piezoelectric element sensor and a control circuit, capable of preventing amplification of vibration in a region having vibration frequency of a prescribed value or more and increasing feedback gain to suppress vibration and to reduce noise in accompany therewith.SOLUTION: A damping device for a plate-like member 11 includes a piezoelectric element actuator 14, a piezoelectric element sensor 15, and a control circuit 17 for feedback controlling an operation of the piezoelectric element actuator 14 on the basis of an output voltage of the piezoelectric element sensor 15 to suppress vibration of the plate-like member 11. As the control circuit 17 includes a low-pass filter 24 for reducing high frequency gain of an input voltage to the piezoelectric electric actuator in a region where vibration frequency of the plate-lie member 11 is a prescribed value or more, amplification of the vibration in the frequency region can be suppressed. Thus vibration is suppressed by increasing the feedback gain at a control object frequency, and noise in accompany therewith can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
