To provide an air conditioner unit and an air conditioner that can accurately detect a leaked refrigerant.SOLUTION: An air conditioner unit comprises: a case 11; an indoor heat exchanger 13 housed in the case 11, and exchanging heat between a refrigerant and indoor air; an indoor fan 15 housed in the case 11, and passing the indoor air through the indoor heat exchanger 13; a refrigerant detection sensor 21 housed in the case 11, and detecting leakage of the refrigerant in the case 11; and a driving part 22 for changing orientation of the refrigerant detection sensor 21 to change a detection position for the leakage of the refrigerant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
