Abstract:
To provide an article transfer device that can load articles different in size and weight efficiently, surely and safely.SOLUTION: An article transfer device 1 includes: a fork group 20 comprised of fixed forks in a central part and movable forks on both sides that can load an article G transported by a conveyor 90 onto an upper surface and extends in an approximately horizontal direction: a robot hand 11 that holds the fork group 20; an inter-fork clearance adjustment part that is provided between the fork group 20 and the robot hand 11; a first pusher 30 that pushes out the article G in the approximately horizontal condition from the conveyor 90 into a direction of the fork group 20; a manipulator 10 that enables three-dimensional movement of the robot hand 11; and a controlling part 80 that controls the first pusher 30 and the manipulator 10. An article transfer system 100 is comprised of the article transfer device and a basket cart 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
