Abstract:
To provide an apparatus, which uses a melt-blow method and is compact, for producing a relatively wide laminated sheet body formed by continuously sandwiching a long fiber-entangled body between nonwoven fabrics.SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing a laminated sheet body comprises: vertically opposed rolls through which upper and lower continuous sheet bodies are vertically and gradually brought close to each other, passed between the rolls to pile surfaces of them with each other, and sent out; and a suction unit that is provided on the upstream and sucks long fiber entangled bodies, along with an ambient atmosphere, blown with a discharged airflow by a chamber having an opening toward a horizontal advancing direction of the discharged airflow and provides the long fiber entangled bodies in the chamber on the lower continuous sheet body passing through the chamber. In the chamber, provided is an inclined face plate that is inclined to rise obliquely with respect to the horizontal advancing direction of the discharged airflow and allows the lower continuous sheet body to pass so as to be lifted up along the top face. On the top face, provided is a suction port for sucking the inside of the chamber along a passage region for letting the lower continuous sheet body pass with the lower continuous sheet body therebetween.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
