Abstract:
To provide an underside electron beam sterilization device capable of sufficiently sterilizing and downsizing.SOLUTION: An underside electron beam sterilization device 3 that sterilizes by irradiating an electron beam 3E to an underside 13 of a substance to be sterilized 10. The underside electron beam sterilization device 3 includes: continuous transportation means 31 for continuously transporting the substance to be sterilized 10; a fixed type fixed plate 33 that comes into contact at a top surface with the substance to be sterilized 10 that is transported to continuous transportation 31 means; and an electron beam emitter 35 that emits an electron beam 3E upward by arranging underside of the fixed plate 33. The fixed plate 33 has an electron beam pass region 34 which irradiates the electron beam 3E to an entire surface of the underside 13 of the substance to be sterilized 10 being transferred.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
