Abstract:
To provide a handpiece that can efficiently obtain a rotational driving force.SOLUTION: A dental turbine handpiece comprises a grip serving as a part to be gripped by a user, a head 20 connected to a tip of the grip, and a rotor 160 comprised in the head. The rotor comprises a turbine 100 for obtaining rotation torque from supplied air. The head comprises an air supply hole 42 for supplying air to the turbine, an exhaust hole 43 for exhausting air inside the head, an air supply pipe for supplying air to the head, and a nozzle 13 connected to the air supply pipe, and for blowing air to the turbine. The nozzle is a component independent of the head, and is attached to the air supply hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
