Title:
THERMOELECTRIC CONVERSION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2020120474
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a thermoelectric conversion device having comparatively excellent conversion efficiency by utilizing nano-sized through holes.SOLUTION: A film body 11 has a plurality of nano-sized through holes 11a provided so as to penetrate through the thickness. A pair of electrolytic vessels 13a and 13b store an electrolyte solution 13c therein, and are provided so as to communicate to each other via the plurality of through holes 11a while sandwiching the film body 11. A pair of electrodes 14a and 14b are provided in electrolytic vessels 13a and 13b respectively. Temperature regulation means 15 is provided so that at least one of the electrolytic vessels can be heated or cooled in order to generate a temperature difference in the electrolyte solution 13c stored in each of the electrolytic vessels 13a and 13b. When the temperature difference is generated in the electrolyte solution 13c stored in each of the electrolytic vessels 13a and 13b by using the temperature regulation means 15, an electromotive force is generated between each of the electrodes 14a and 14b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
