Abstract:
To provide a driving force control device of a hybrid vehicle capable of reducing energy consumption as whole driving system.SOLUTION: A driving force control device of a hybrid vehicle determines output power of an engine so that thermal efficiency of the engine is good when the engine is operated with an engine speed according to a gear stage of a transmission mechanism provided between the engine and wheels and vehicle velocity, and generates request power that converts travel power of a hybrid vehicle in a state where the engine outputs output power into request travel power required in a hybrid vehicle and is supplied from a power storage device to a control motor or determines electromotive force generated in the control motor (step S11); and blocks transmission/reception of power between the control motor and the power storage device when the request power or electromotive power is equal to or less first predetermined power (step S16).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
