Abstract:
To provide a gas solenoid valve capable of preventing a main valve body from chattering.SOLUTION: A gas solenoid valve comprises: a housing 11 which has a first port 22, a second port 24 and a valve port 26; a main valve body 13 which is movable between a closed position and an open position and moved to the open position with pressure of gas supplied through the first port; a guide member 12 which is arranged with one edge section thereof opposed to the valve port and has an inner hole 12a where the main valve body is inserted therein; a first energizing member 16 which is arranged in a storage space 35 formed in a manner that encloses the main valve body in the guide member and energizes the main valve body in an opening direction; a second energizing member 17 which applies energizing force to the main valve body to move the same to the closed position; and an electromagnetic drive device 15 which generates excitation force to move the valve body to the open position against the energizing force applied thereto by the second energizing member. The storage space is positioned at a distance in the opening direction from the one edge section. The one edge section of the guide member has a buffer groove 36 in a manner that surrounds an opening end of the inner hole of the guide member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
