Abstract:
To provide a cushion pad for a vehicle which contributes to an improvement of quality and an improvement of a yield by accurately and stably arranging a frame in a finished product, and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A cushion pad for a vehicle in which an abutment face portion 311 at a side on which at least a seated occupant abuts is formed of a soft polyurethane foaming molding body comprises: a core pad 2 being a foaming molding body having foamable resin particles in which a recessed groove 22 is formed at a ceiling face 2a, and a through-hole 26 penetrating a groove bottom face 221 of the recessed groove up to a rear face 2b at a side opposite to the ceiling face 2a is formed; a shaft-shaped frame 4 which is different from the core pad 2, intrudes into the recessed groove 22, and is arranged at the core pad 2; and a surface layer pad 3 being a soft polyurethane foaming molding body which has the abutment face portion 311, forms a seat part layer 31, also forms a recessed groove charge part 33 intruding into the frame 4, and filling the recessed groove 22 by making an inner face 3b at the opposite side abut on the ceiling face 2a, and is formed by foaming molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
