Abstract:
To provide a solvent-free reaction type adhesive composition and to provide a method for manufacturing a tire by using the adhesive composition.SOLUTION: There are provided: a solvent-free reaction type adhesive composition which includes a polybutadiene polyol, a compound having a plurality of active hydrogen groups including at least one thiol group and a radical initiator; and a method for manufacturing a tire by using the adhesive composition. For example, a tire is manufactured by thinly applying the solvent-free reaction type adhesive composition to an inner surface of a tire tread comprising a vulcanized rubber and reacting the same by heating to introduce active hydrogen groups into a polybutadiene polyol and thereafter, arranging a urethane reaction solution including a urethane prepolymer so as to coming into contact with the inner surface of the tire tread and then heating and curing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
