Abstract:
To provide a low cost processing method capable of recovering and reusing metal dust generated in a steel mill or the like, and a molded article to be used therefor.SOLUTION: The processing method according to the present invention comprises a process of recovering sand from sludge, a process of molding sand, and a process of causing a molded article of sand produced in the molding process to adsorb metal dust. The adsorption process may be carried out by collecting iron dust generated in a steel mill. Further, the molding process may form a molded article of sand by mixing starch, at least one byproduct resulting from food production, and sand. Further, the adsorption process may include a process of reducing iron oxide adsorbed by a molded article of sand. Further, sludge is characterized by being obtained by dredging.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
