Abstract:
To provide a vehicle door handle capable of operating a door latch device with a simple structure.SOLUTION: This vehicle door handle device comprises: first and second links 2, 3 rotatably connected at one ends to a handle base 1 fixed to a door; and an operation handle 4 rotatably connected to the other ends of the first and second links 2, 3 and driven from an initial position to a use position, the rotational center 8 of the second link 3 and the operation handle 4 can be slid from an initial tail end position along one of the second link 3 and the operation handle 4, a manual operation to a latch operation position over the use position of the operation handle 4 is enabled, and a biasing force for retention at the initial tail end position is applied by a tail end retention spring 5. The handle base 1 is provided with a latch releasing lever driven by the second link 3 following movement from the use position of the operation handle 4 to the latch operation position so as to transmit a latch releasing operation force to a door latch device fixed to the door.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
