Abstract:
To provide an all-solid-state battery of which the electrode is formed by layering an active material and an electrolyte, or the active material, a conductive auxiliary agent and the electrolyte so that the respective amounts form a desired ratio to obtain a microscopically uniform mixture, in order to prevent the agglomeration of the active material for the electrode and the electrolyte; and of which the electrolyte layer is formed into a further thin film and is layered, in order to obtain a uniform and thin electrolyte layer.SOLUTION: A dry process includes alternately applying an electrode active material and an electrolyte particle and layering into thin films to form an electrode; and further, adopting aerosol deposition method and forming a part or the whole into a film. In addition, a wet process includes alternately colliding a slurry mainly formed of an electrode active material and a solvent, and/or a slurry mainly formed of electrolyte particles and a solvent, with an object, with an impact, and thereby bonding and layering the slurry onto the object to form thin films; and thereby can form a high-density layer to improve adhesiveness. The wet method also includes: independently preparing a slurry mainly formed of a conductive auxiliary agent and a solvent, and dispersively applying a small amount of the slurry to a desired position; and/or using a slurry that does not contain a binder or contain a small amount of binder to eliminate or reduce residual carbon to a low level to improve the performance of the battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
