Abstract:
To provide a weld material for high-Cr ferritic heat-resistant steel improving toughness by preventing occurrence of the δ-ferrite being a soft composition, and capable of obtaining a weld metal having favorable crack resistance and high temperature strength.SOLUTION: A weld material for high-Cr ferritic heat-resistant steel includes: C, Si, Mn, S, Co, V, Nb, W, N and O in a prescribed range, respectively; Ni and P having a restricted prescribed range, respectively; Cr of 8.0-9.5 mass%, Mo of 0.02-0.20 mass% and Cu controlled to less than 0.05 mass%; and the balance of Fe with inevitable impurities.SELECTED DRAWING: None
