Abstract:
To provide a circular saw cutting machine which can improve productive efficiency in constant dimension cutting.SOLUTION: A circular saw cutting machine 1 comprises left and right feed mechanisms 110L, 120L, R, 130L, and cutting clamp mechanisms 140L, R which clamp work-pieces W1, W2 at respective cutting positions while feeding the same in parallel to a cutting body 2 in parallel position. A spindle unit 10 comprises two circular saw blades BL1, BL 2 on the left and right, and is so configured as to be capable of swinging around a swing axis 11 between a standby position, a left cutting position and a right cutting position. The circular saw cutting machine 1 comprises a control unit which causes the right feed mechanism and cutting clamp mechanism to execute to feed and clam the work-piece while the spindle unit 10 executes a cutting operation to the left cutting position, and causes the left feed mechanism and clamp mechanism to feed and clamp the work-piece while the spindle unit 10 executes a cutting operation to the right cutting position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
