To provide a panel capable of improving strength while making a free access floor have heating function.SOLUTION: A panel for a free access floor of this invention comprises: a surface plate 1; a rear face plate 2 having a plurality of hemispherical dimples 3 disposed below the surface plate 1 and protruding upwardly; and a core material 10 disposed in a space surrounded by the surface plate 1 and the rear face plate 2.
