Abstract:
To reduce cost for an all primary combustion burner comprising a combustion plate 12 from which an air-fuel mixture is ejected, in which the combustion plate 12 comprises a porous body 123 made of metal fiber and a distribution plate 124 that is placed on a back surface of the porous body 123 in an overlapping manner and provided with a large number of distribution holes 124a.SOLUTION: A porous body 123 is composed of a non-woven fabric in which metal fibers are laminated in a felt shape. The surface of the non-woven fabric 123 is covered with a metal mesh sheet 125. Preferably, the mesh sheet 125 is formed by knitting wires formed by bundling a plurality of metal fibers into a mesh shape. Further, the mesh size of the mesh sheet 125 is equal to or smaller than the flame extinguishing distance of the air-fuel mixture ejected from the combustion plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
