Abstract:
To increase the accuracy of detecting a displacement of the angle of view of a laser sensor.SOLUTION: The detector of a displacement of the angle of view of a laser sensor includes: reference-time data generation units 31 and 41 for superimposing measurement data for several measurements when laser sensors 11-1 to 6 are in the reference condition and generating reference-time data; and an angle-of-view displacement determination unit 61 for determining the presence or absence of a displacement of the angle of view of the laser sensor at the determination time to the angle of view of the laser sensor at the reference time on the basis of the separation amount of the measurement data for several measurements and the reference-time data at the determination time and outputting the result of the determination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
