Abstract:
To provide a toner production method which achieves a smaller particle diameter and improvement of production of toner particles.SOLUTION: Provided is a toner particle production method that includes a step of pulverizing a roughly crushed matter by crushing means, in which the crushing means has a powder charging port 101 for charging a crushed matter into the crushing means, a stator 104 having a plurality of projections and recesses on an inner peripheral surface, a rotor 103 which is mounted on a center rotation shaft 107 and has a plurality of projections and recesses on an outer peripheral surface, and a powder discharge port 106 for discharging the crushed powder from the crushing means. The stator includes the rotor, the rotor is arranged so that the stator surface and the rotor surface face each other with a predetermined gap, and the crushed matter is charged from the powder charging port arranged in the vicinity of one end in a shaft direction of the rotor and is discharged from the plurality of powder discharge ports 106 arranged in the vicinity of the other end side of the rotor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
