Abstract:
To allow an outline of an opening of alight-shielding film to be sufficiently less visible.SOLUTION: A laminate film 13 is disposed between a transparent conductive film 7 and a counter substrate 8 in such a manner that the laminate film 13 is in contact with the transparent conductive film 7 and the counter substrate 8. The laminate film 13 includes a low refractive index layer 13a, a high refractive index layer 13b, a low refractive index layer 13c and a high refractive index layer 13d. The low refractive index layer 13a, the high refractive index layer 13b, the low refractive index layer 13c and the high refractive index layer 13d are disposed to be present in the order of the low refractive index layer 13a, the high refractive index layer 13b, the low refractive index layer 13c and the high refractive index layer 13d along the direction from the transparent conductive film 7 toward the counter substrate 8. The low refractive index layer 13a and the low refractive index layer 13c are each made of a material Ma. The material Ma has a refractive index for light ranging from 1.4 to 1.6. The high refractive index layer 13b and the high refractive index layer 13d are each made of a material Mb. The material Mb has a refractive index for light ranging from 1.9 to 2.1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
