Abstract:
To provide a vacuum fiber flange easily attaching/detaching fibers.SOLUTION: A flange 10 has a flange body 11, and an attachment part 12 for attaching the optical fibers 100 to the flange body 11. The attachment part 12 includes: multiple elastic fixing pieces 82 each of which attaches and fixes multiple optical fibers 100 to flange body 11 individually for each optical fiber 100; and a releasing piece 83 for collectively releasing the fixed state of the optical fibers 100 by the multiple elastic fixing pieces 82 from the flange body 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
