Abstract:
To provide a thin and light absorbent article which does not include fluff pulp, which is excellent in absorption performance such as absorption and diffusion capacities, and which has a fine texture.SOLUTION: An absorbent article 1 of the present invention comprises a liquid-permeable top sheet 20, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 21, and an absorber 30 that is provided between the top sheet 20 and the back sheet 21. The absorber 30 has a fiber assembly made of rattan, and a high-absorbent polymer that is fixed and supported within the fiber assembly. A first adhesive layer 40 almost equal in dimension to the absorber 30 is provided between the absorber 30 and the back sheet 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
