Abstract:
To provide an interactive robot enabling performance of prettiness and familiarity by fitting a monitor cover simulating a shape of an animal's head (face outline) to the outer periphery of a monitor for displaying the animal's expression.SOLUTION: An interactive robot 10 that at least when viewed from the front, has a shape formed by simulating a shape of an animal's head viewed from the front includes: a rectangular monitor 11 for displaying the animal's eyes 12, nose 13, and mouth 14; and a monitor cover 15 that has an outer shape formed by simulating an outline shape of the animal's head, has dimensions and area whose ratios to those of the monitor 11 are regulated, and is fitted to the outer periphery of the monitor 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
