Abstract:
To provide formulations of monoclonal antibodies.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a formulation comprising: (i) a monoclonal antibody; and (ii) an ionic excipient; where the monoclonal antibody is present at a concentration of about 50 mg/ml or more (e.g., about 50 mg/ml to about 200 mg/ml), the ionic excipient is present at a concentration of about 50 to about 150 mM, and the formulation has a pH of 5.5 to 6.5. A formulation comprises: i. a monoclonal antibody; and ii. an ionic excipient; where the monoclonal antibody is present at a concentration of about 50 mg/ml or more, the ionic excipient is present at a concentration of about 50 to about 150 mM, and the formulation has a pH of 5.5 to 7.5.SELECTED DRAWING: None
