Abstract:
To provide a base-isolated house having a residential structure whose residential space has high strength and which can make daily living possible, and, in a case where tsunami, flood and the like occur, capable of moving a residential space accurately upwardly in a short period of time and landing it on na original position safely so as not to be influenced by them.SOLUTION: A base-isolated house 1 of this invention comprises: a rectangular parallelepiped residential space 2 installed so that four side plates 2a installed so as to form a square in plan view become parallel to a vertical direction and a bottom plate 2b becomes parallel to a horizontal direction; and four posts 3 installed on a floor concrete 17 so as to be parallel to the vertical direction and supporting the residential space 2 so as to ascend and descend in the vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
