To provide a group-issued non-cash payment means management device etc. which can promote usage of digital currency, points etc.issued by a specific group and which can achieve further usage and adoption of them.SOLUTION: Provided is a group-issued non-cash payment means management device 10, 50 for managing a group-issued non-cash payment means, which is a non-cash payment means issued by a specific group and having limited applications and a recorded usage history. The group-issued non-cash payment means management device comprises a storage unit 50. The storage unit manages loan information in which the group-issued non-cash payment means is loaned to a proprietor of a provider location for providing a product and/or a service for which a customer can use the group-issued non-cash payment means, and manages the group-issued non-cash payment means received by the proprietor.
