Abstract:
To provide raw tire molding machines capable of contributing to stable production of high-quality tires.SOLUTION: This raw tire forming machine 42 is provided with a profile deck 44 having a molding surface 50 around which a tread 14 is wound, a disc-shaped stitch roll 46 that presses the tread 14 wound on the molding surface 50 against the molding surface 50 to form the ring member, and a cylindrical guide roll 48 that supports an end of the ring member, so as to obtain a raw tire by inflating a tubular cover containing carcass and combining from the inside with the ring member including the tread 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
