Abstract:
To prevent slip rotation from occurring in performing a depression operation, without increasing the weight of a pull-up operation load of an operation handle, and surely perform rotational locking at a neutral position.SOLUTION: A lifter device 10 comprises: a feeding part A for transmitting rotation of an input member N coupled to an operation handle to an output shaft; a lock part B for rotationally locking the output shaft to a support member S; and a friction generation part for applying frictional force to rotation of the output shaft. The friction generation part generates friction by pushing a clutch part 57a in a radial direction according to rotation of an inner lever 53 constituting the input member N, and pressing a leaf spring 57b against a rotary ring 57d rotating together with the output shaft. The inner lever 53 remains in a friction restriction state not pushing the clutch part 57a in the radial direction, even when the operation handle is rotated to the neutral position and a lifting side. However, when the operation handle is rotated from the neutral position to a lowering side, the inner lever pushes the clutch part 57a in the radial direction into a friction ON-state P2, so that the rotary ring 57d is pressed against a fixed ring 57e in order to generate frictional force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 39
