Abstract:
To provide an air blower capable of suppressing the residence of air in a boss storing an electric motor.SOLUTION: An air blower 10 includes a fan 20 having a boss 21 having a bottom part 211 and a side wall part 212 connected to the bottom part 211 and a blade 22 extending from the side wall part 212 to the outside of the boss 21, an electric motor 30 fixed to the inside of the boss 21 and having an outer rotor 31 to be rotated integrally with the boss 21 and a stator 34, and a shroud 40 to which the stator 34 is fixed, the fan 20 having a negative pressure generation part for generating a negative pressure between the side wall part 212 and the shroud 40 with the rotation of the outer rotor 31 relative to the stator 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
