Abstract:
To very efficiently reduce noise components at low cost by using an extremely simple structure and reliably detect more minute bubbles.SOLUTION: There is provided an ultrasonic leakage inspection device for detecting the presence of bubbles B leaking from an inspection object W while the inspection object W is immersed in an inspection liquid L and inspecting the inspection object W. The ultrasonic leakage inspection device comprises: an inspection liquid tank 1 in which the inspection object W is immersed in the inspection liquid L; an ultrasonic transmit unit 2 arranged in an inspection liquid tank 1 in order to radiate an ultrasonic wave into the inspection liquid L; and an ultrasonic receive unit 3 arranged in the inspection liquid tank 1, for receiving the ultrasonic wave radiated from the ultrasonic transmit unit 2. The inspection liquid tank 1 includes a radiation surface 6 where the ultrasonic transmit unit 2 is arranged and a rubber-like elastic layer 8 provided on an opposite surface 7 to this radiation surface 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
