Abstract:
To accurately specify the position of air bubbles surfacing in an inspection liquid tank and reliably specify the leakage position of an inspection object.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic leakage inspection device comprises: an inspection liquid tank 1 in which an inspection object W is immersed in an inspection liquid L; an ultrasonic wave transmitting unit 2 arranged inside the inspection liquid tank 1, and radiating ultrasonic vibration toward the opposite face; an ultrasonic wave receiving unit 3 arranged inside the inspection liquid tank 1, and receiving the ultrasonic vibration radiated by the ultrasonic wave transmitting unit 2; and a controller 30 for specifying the position of an air bubble B from the frequency of a received signal that is inputted from the ultrasonic wave receiving unit 3. The ultrasonic wave transmitting unit 2 arranges a plurality of ultrasonic vibrators 4 in a horizontal row, the ultrasonic wave receiving unit 3 arranges a plurality of ultrasonic sensors 5 in a horizontal row, the ultrasonic wave transmitting unit 2 divides the plurality of ultrasonic vibrators 4 into a plurality of blocks 2X, the ultrasonic vibrators 4 of the adjacent blocks 2X radiate ultrasonic vibrations of different frequencies, and the controller 30 determines the position of the air bubble B from the frequency of the received signal of the ultrasonic wave receiving unit 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
