Abstract:
To provide a technology which determines timing for executing a demand response.SOLUTION: A processing device 10 has: a demand prediction unit 11 which divides a day into a plurality of time slots, for each day within a target period consisting of N days (N≥2), and calculates a predicted demand electric energy [Wh] in each time slot; a creation demand prediction unit 12 which calculates a creatable demand electric energy [Wh] in each time slot, for each day within the target period; a calculation unit 13 which calculates a sum of the predicted demand electric energy and the creatable demand electric energy in each time slot, for each day within the target period; a reference value determination unit 14 which identifies the time slot in which the sum is minimized, for each day within the target period, and determines the sum of the identified time slot as a reference value; a target value determination unit 15 which determines the reference value at the day which is M-th (N≥M≥2) from one in which the reference value within the target period is small as a target value; and a demand creation contents determination unit 16 which determines timing for creating power demand based on the target value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
