Abstract:
To provide a method for synthesizing tri-urushiol maleic anhydride, that does not require a solvent, is simple, and has a high production rate.SOLUTION: Add maleic anhydride in a dry pressure-resistant pipe, place in an oil bath pan, control the temperature to 160°C, stir and mix evenly; drip concentrated raw lacquer (refined raw lacquer) and let it react in an oil bath pan at 160°C for 2 hours; and cool to room temperature and solidify, and thereby the object is obtained. The mole ratio of each material is set at concentrated raw lacquer (refined raw lacquer): maleic anhydride = 0.5: 1. The reaction route is as follows.SELECTED DRAWING: None
