Abstract:
To provide a device for measuring the quality of Japanese sake which can measure the elements all together that need to be measured to get to know the feature and the quality of Japanese sake by a simple device and in a short time.SOLUTION: A device for measuring quality of Japanese sake 1 according to the present invention includes: an irradiation unit 2 for irradiating Japanese sake with a near-infrared light; a light reception unit 3 for receiving a transmitting light of the near-infrared light applied on Japanese sake; a waveform generation unit 4 for generating the spectrum waveform of the transmitting light at the light reception unit; a calculation unit 5 for calculating the values of a first peak, a second peak, a third peak, and a fourth peak in the waveform spectrum; and a calculation unit 6 for measuring the quality of the Japanese sake on the basis of the values of the first peak, the second peak, the third peak, and the fourth peak.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
