Abstract:
To provide an oral composition that can improve endurance.SOLUTION: An oral composition contains (A) a plant extract containing proanthocyanidin, (B) a Fagaceae plant extract, (C) an arginine source selected from the group consisting of arginine, citrulline, ornithine, aspartic acid, aspartate and/or aspartic acid dipeptide, and (D) a branched amino acid selected from the group consisting of valine, leucine, and isoleucine.
