Abstract:
To provide an antireflection coating that has excellent reflection spectral characteristics and is excellent in adhesion properties, and to which water repellency or hydrophilicity can be given.SOLUTION: An antireflection coating has an inorganic dense layer consisting of one or more layers formed on a surface of a substrate, and a silica fine particle layer formed thereon. The outermost layer of the inorganic dense layer is fluoride. The silica fine particle layer has an alkyl silyl group and/or an alkenyl silyl group on a surface, and has a refractive index of 1.35 to 1.50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
