Abstract:
To sufficiently utilize capacity of a cell even when a trouble occurs in a portion of a voltage detection system.SOLUTION: In a management device (30), a voltage detection circuit (31) detects each voltage of a plurality of cells (S1 to S8) connected in series. A plurality of discharge circuits (R11 to R18, Q1 to Q8) are respectively connected in parallel with the plurality of cells (S1 to S8). A controller (32) controls the plurality of discharge circuits (R11 to R18, Q1 to Q8) based on a voltage detected by the voltage detection circuit (31) and performs equalization control. The controller (32) can select a first mode in which chargeable actual capacities of the plurality of cells (S1 to S8) are aligned based on current full charge capacity and the detection voltage of each of the plurality of cells (S1 to S8) and a second mode in which dischargeable actual capacities of the plurality of cells (S1 to S8) are aligned based on current full charge capacity and the detection voltage of each of the plurality of cells (S1 to S8).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
